WolfSamurai (a.k.a. Aaron) has been a long time roleplaying geek, starting back with 2e D&D and 2e Shadowrun almost 17 years ago. Through the years he’s played everything from Call of Cthulhu to Werewolf to Kult to Big Eyes, Small Mouth, and many other games. Currently Aaron is participating in a number of tabletop RPGs. Both as a player (D&D4e, Dresden Files RPG, Dragon Age, and Exalted) and as a DM/GM (D&D4e). Aaron has been playing and promoting D&D4e since it’s premiere at D&D Worldwide Game Day back in 2008. Aaron further is a co-host for the 4 Geeks 4e podcast, a regular guest host for the Dungeon Master’s Roundtable podcast, and has made an appearance on The Tome Show as well.
In addition to being a roleplaying nerd, Aaron has a lot of other relatively geeky interests. Aaron has both a PS3, Xbox360, and NintendoDS for current generation video game consoles and also games on the PC as well. Aaron prefers RPGs, action-adventure games, and the occasional RTS or FPS especially if the latter 2 have a good story and single-player mode. Aaron is an avid reader, largely preferring sci-fi and fantasy novels with the occasional foray into mystery or horror. Mixed genres are a definite favorite. Anime is another geeky pastime for Aaron. Comics and manga continue Aaron’s almost stereotypical trek through geekdom (though he has no regrets about how typical this may be).
Aaron is an aspiring writer, both of RPG material and novels. Nothing published yet, but keep an eye out.
