About Jeff
Jeff Greiner, aka. JEFF GREINER, aka. Squach is a big geek.
He’s been a gamer for a long time. Starting with AD&D when he was 8 years old. From there he played around with other games like Warhammer Fantasy, Dark Horizons, Shadowrun, Mage, Vampire, Marvel Superheroes, Earthdawn, Rolemaster, Boot Hill, Pathfinder and more, not to mention various board games. But he always came back to D&D. It was his first love, his true love.
He’s also been in the online D&D community for some time now. He’s the founder of the long running D&D podcast, The Tome Show and the publisher of the D&D Player-focused site called Temporary Hit Points…as well as a founder of the site for gamer fathers, D&D&Dads. He also occasionally contributes to the Troll in the Corner with his series of articles called “Greatest Ever”.
When he’s not doing all that Jeff is a father of two boys. Husband of one wonderful woman. And teacher of thousands of middle school social studies students.
A native Iowan, Jeff earned a BS <insert joke here> in History from Iowa State University. Then a Nebraskan (although he’d claim Omaha long before the rest of the state) and currently a North Carolinian with an MS in Curriculum and Instruction (Instructional Technology).
His next step is likely to be to install himself as the ruler of some 2nd world nation and from there, THE WORLD! Oh, and he’s a big geek.
